Step 1:

Step 2:
Cut four hundred and fifty grams of beef liver into medium pieces.
Step 3:
We put the pieces of liver in the frying pan to the onion.
Step 4:
Stir fry the liver for ten minutes, then close the pan with a lid and continue cooking the liver for another ten minutes.

Sift five hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl in parts.

Pour one teaspoon of soda into a bowl with flour.
Step 18:
Knead the dough and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl.

We collect the dough in a bowl into a lump.
Step 20:
Pour a little flour on the table, then spread the dough and knead it for about five minutes.

We put the well-kneaded dough in a cellophane bag for twenty to thirty minutes.

Knead each piece of dough to the required size of tortillas.

We spread the necessary amount of cooked filling on each tortilla.
Step 25:

Pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into the pan and heat it on the stove, then put the pies in the pan seam down and fry on each side until golden brown at the average temperature of the stove.
