Cut the bread into 2 cm cubes. Peel and crush the garlic. Season the bread with salt and pepper and add garlic. Heat the frying pan and grease with oil. Fry the crackers over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring constantly. They should become crispy.  Bon appetit!
