Cooking method
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add cumin, black mustard seeds and fry for 1 minute.
2. Add diced onions and fry until golden brown on medium heat, about 2 minutes, add garlic and continue to fry for another 1 minute.
3. Add the peeled tomatoes in their own juice and stir, fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add ginger, green chili pepper, red pepper flakes, turmeric and salt, mix everything well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the chopped zucchini, mix well and close the lid, simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
6. Add garam masala spice, stir, turn off the heat and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with boiled rice. Fried curry zucchini is ready. Bon appetit!
