Cooking method
A couple of months ago, my little cousin had a birthday. As a venerable cook, I volunteered to help her mother prepare a festive children's table. Of course, the children's table is strikingly different from the usual adult in that, in addition to the fact that the dishes should be delicious, they should also be attractive to children. That's why I decided to cook my favorite food - hedgehog salad. It is the culinary recipe of this snack that I will now share with you. So, we start by washing the mushrooms and finely chop them. Fry the mushrooms in oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the greens. Cut the olives into rings, cut the olives into 4 parts. Now finely chop the onion and scald with boiling water so that it loses excessive bitterness. Now it's time to lay the salad. In the form of a hedgehog (a kind of drop), we lay out the ingredients in layers alternately, in the following sequence: potatoes, grated on a medium grater, onions, greens, then we smear everything with mayonnaise. Next, we put the yolk, grated, finely chopped pickles and again smear with mayonnaise. Now we put the mushrooms, again we smear with mayonnaise, olives, protein, grated on a grater, again we thoroughly smear with mayonnaise. Now comes the most creative moment: it is necessary to lay out thorns on the entire surface of the hedgehog's body with olives, as well as eyes and nose on the muzzle. Here is our unusual salad with fried mushrooms Hedgehog and ready!!! I'm sure your children will really like this salad!
