An interesting culinary recipe was literally lying under my feet. Rather, I was just about to throw a magazine page into the trash, in which the screws I bought were wrapped, when I noticed an attractive picture with fried meat. After reading more closely, I decided not to throw away this piece of paper and cook Thai spicy fried corned beef in my free time. First of all, along the vodokon, I carefully divide the pieces of meat into long slices with a plastic knife. I lightly heat olive or sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it. It is very important that the butter is warm, not hot, otherwise it will turn into a "puree", and we have a completely different culinary recipe. On the contrary, the finished corned beef should be dry and elastic. Literally evaporate the meat to dryness, of course not to the state of breadcrumbs, but very close to that and make a weak fire. I season the meat with curry, salt and sugar and continue to fry until golden brown. But it's a little early to serve. I let the meat cool down and check if the crust is crunchy. If not, I fry further. I dry the meat with paper napkins. Lightly fry garlic and shallots, and then sprinkle them with cooled Thai spicy fried corned beef. Very easy to prepare food and, most importantly, extremely tasty. Everyone who tries it is delighted. The culinary recipe lacks too exotic ingredients characteristic of Thai cuisine, so you can cook any day. It is very tasty to eat it with boiled rice, and without any side dish, Thai fried corned beef is simply excellent and there are a lot of ideas how to decorate it. Any greens and sweet peppers will do for this.
