Step 1:
Take the right products.

First we will prepare the sauce so that it will stand for a while and all the flavors will combine well. To do this, add chopped parsley, garlic passed through the press, salt and pepper to the sour cream and mix everything well.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Fry the chicken meat until cooked in hot vegetable oil, stirring constantly.

Transfer the finished meat to a bowl for cooling.

Next, cut it into even smaller pieces.

My cucumber, cut off the tips and cut it into thin strips or small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Carefully fold the shawarma into a tight roll, starting from the right side. Quickly fry on a grill pan heated to the maximum on both sides.

I used to buy shawarma quite often at kiosks where fast food was being prepared, and all the time I was thinking how to cook shawarma with chicken in lavash at home so that it turned out no worse than professionals. And so I succeeded. This recipe, which I shared with you, helped me in this. As you can see, everything is very simple. You just need to stock up on the right products and follow the simple step-by-step instructions. You can fry the finished shawarma in an ordinary frying pan, but then there will be no brown stripes on it, which look quite pretty. But the taste certainly won't suffer! The composition of the filling can be changed at your discretion: something to remove, and something to add, since there are a great many types of filling for this dish. I sometimes do it with Korean carrots, it turns out delicious.
