Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products. Pineapple should be washed in advance with cool water, including the green top. Put it so that the water runs away and dries while we cook the filling.
Step 2:
Peel, wash and dry carrots and onions. Cut onion into quarters, carrot into cubes.
Step 3:
Wash the fillets under cool water, dry them. Clean off the fat and films, veins - what is possible, cut off. Cut across the fibers in small pieces. Ideally, to match the size of the pineapple slices.
Step 4:
In separate bowls, sprinkle meat and vegetables with flour and roll well, shake off the excess. I use a small colander.
Step 5:
Put butter in a cold frying pan, wait on medium heat until it is almost melted and pour in a little vegetable oil. When the oil warms up, fry the carrots and onions. As soon as the onion begins to blush, transfer the vegetables to a plate. Add the heat to strong and fry the meat in the same oil so that a light crust just begins to appear. Vegetable oil may have to be added. Season the meat with salt and pepper and add a little spices.
Step 6:
Combine vegetables with meat, literally add water with spoons, reduce the heat to minimum. Mix well, scrape off all the frying with a spatula from the bottom. Let the meat simmer a little without covering it with a lid, 1-2 minutes. It is necessary that there is almost no liquid left, and the meat is ready and juicy.
Step 7:
Prepare the pineapple. With a sharp knife, cut in half lengthwise, including the green part. Cut out the hard core, it will not be needed. Ripe pineapple is easy enough to cut.
Step 8:
Carefully cut out the pulp, "the boat " cannot be damaged. Cut the slices of pulp into the same size as the meat. To leave the released juice in the pineapple case ! / I know that I want to drink it and the aroma is all over the kitchen.. Better try a slice of pulp /.
Step 9:
Mix pineapple slices with meat and vegetables very carefully.
Step 10:
Fill the prepared pineapple half with a small slide with the filling. Grate the cheese on a fine grater on top. Cover the pineapple body with foil, leaving the filling. So the pineapple will look fresh. Put the pineapple in a mold and put it in a preheated 180° oven for about 25-30 minutes. To the middle level, top -bottom mode. The cheese will melt and as soon as the blush begins to appear, we take it out, otherwise we will dry it out.
Step 11:
Serve hot. This dish is self-sufficient, you can only decorate it with greens a little. Under the cheese crust you will find fragrant, tender, juicy meat. The taste of pineapple slices is almost like fresh, sweet and juicy. The mixing of the taste of sweet and meat, soaked in pineapple juice is simply fantastic, the aroma is very subtle, the aftertaste of the fruit. Harmony for all times !
