Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Bread does not necessarily need to be taken fresh, yesterday's bread is also suitable, slightly dried, it is even better to brown and become more crispy. Slices of bread should be large, so it is better to use molded bread. Chicken eggs should be taken medium-sized so that they fit well into pieces of bread.
Step 2:
Cut the bread into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick. Too thin pieces may not hold the egg, and it will spread over the pan, spoiling the appearance of the dish. The bread should be cut very carefully and evenly so that it fits snugly to the surface of the pan and does not allow the egg white to leak under the toast during frying. Cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread for a chicken egg.
Step 3:
This can be done with a knife, but it is easier to squeeze out a glass or a cookie cutter, if it is a curly mold, it will turn out even more interesting and more beautiful. The cut crumb should not be thrown away, it can also be fried in a frying pan. It will turn out a very tasty toast.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Heat the oil well over high heat. We spread the pieces of bread, fry them until they are ruddy on one side.
Step 5:
Then turn it over and let it turn brown on the second side. Immediately drive in a chicken egg, you need to do it carefully so as not to damage the yolk. The frying pan should be very hot so that the egg immediately catches. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6:
Fry the chicken egg in bread for about 2 minutes over medium heat. To fry the chicken egg, cover the pan with a lid and keep on fire for about 3 more minutes. We remove the dish from the pan and serve it to the table.
Step 7:
Breakfast is ready. Bon appetit!
