Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a pie in the microwave? Prepare the products.
Step 2:
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add a small pinch of salt and sugar.
Step 3:
Beat everything well with a whisk or mixer. You can also optionally add cinnamon and vanilla sugar. I cook without cinnamon, I don't really like it, but I'm sure it will be delicious with it too.
Step 4:
Mix baking powder with flour and sift. Add the sifted flour to the egg mass, do it gradually, mixing well with a whisk so that there are no lumps left. Focus not on the amount of flour specified in the recipe (it may take a little more or a little less), but on the desired consistency of the dough - it should turn out like medium-thick sour cream.
Step 5:
Cut the apples into slices. It is desirable to cut the peel, but it all depends on your desire and the hardness of the skin.
Step 6:
Form suitable for microwave, grease well with butter. Place the apple slices on the bottom at random.
Step 7:
Fill the apples with dough. Put it in the microwave. Set the power to 800 watts. Turn it on for 5 minutes. If the apple pie is too damp, add a maximum of 1 minute. It's not worth it any longer - it will taste rubbery. If it seems to you that it is a little wet - don't worry, it will come.
Step 8:
Carefully transfer the pie to a platter and help yourself)
Step 9:
Here is the pie in the cut. It's loose and absolutely ready! Prepare tea and invite your family to enjoy a delicious and quick dessert.
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
When you want something sweet, cook this cake in the microwave for 5 minutes and you and your family will enjoy a delicious cake for tea. You can take any fruit - I have apples. Cooking is easy. If there is no large microwave oven mold, divide this dough into two molds or halve the products. This volume of dough should be at least 2.5 liters for the form.
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
It is important to sift flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
Keep in mind that microwaves don't work the same way. The cooking time and recommended power may differ from those stated in the recipe. Read the instructions for your device and take into account the features of your equipment.
