Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. You can use any minced meat: beef, pork, chicken or mixed. It is better to prepare minced meat yourself from pieces of fresh meat, twist pork and beef in equal parts, with the addition of onions. These two types of meat perfectly complement each other, the dish will turn out juicy and moderately fatty. Chicken meat will turn out to be less caloric, but not dry thanks to sour cream sauce.
Step 2:
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped with a knife. Onions can be taken white or blue if desired, the taste will vary depending on the onion variety as well. Blue onion will give a nice little sweetness to the dish.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, a couple of tablespoons is enough, if the minced meat is added with pork, then there will be enough fat. Put the chopped onion on the heated oil. Fry it until transparent, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.
Step 4:
We put minced meat to the onion in the frying pan. We begin to mix it with a wooden spatula so that it does not gather and fry in large lumps. Immediately pour in a small amount of water, if the minced meat is dry, and water has not been added to it before, which also avoids the formation of large lumps from the meat mass. Fry the minced meat for about 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Then add the washed and chopped fresh tomatoes to the minced meat. Tomatoes will mask the specific taste of minced meat and give a pleasant tomato flavor. Fry the minced meat with tomatoes under the lid for about 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Then add sour cream to the pan and pour half a glass of water. The thicker the sour cream, the more liquid is needed. Mix the minced meat with the sauce.
Step 7:
Simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes under the lid. Then we remove the lid, let the sauce thicken a little. Turn off the fire. minced meat in sour cream sauce is allowed to stand under the lid for about 15 minutes. We serve it to the table, with a side dish and bread if desired. Bon appetit!
