Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to fry eggs with bacon? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For a classic fried eggs with bacon, you only need a little: large chicken eggs and smoked bacon and spices - salt, pepper. Eggs should be thoroughly washed, as even seemingly clean shells may contain harmful bacteria. It is better to use food detergents and a brush.
Step 2:
Cut the bacon into thin slices. The thinner, the better. Ideally, it is better to use ready-made slicing purchased in the store. Bacon can be cut very finely, or you can make it bigger, as you like.
Step 3:
Preheat the frying pan, preferably with a non-stick coating. Lay out the bacon slices and fry them for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Make sure that no moisture gets into the pan, otherwise the oil will sizzle. If the fat from the bacon began to crackle and splash, turn down the heat.
Step 4:
Use a kitchen spatula to push the bacon pieces to the sides. In the center of the pan, carefully break the eggs, trying to keep the yolks intact. How do I know if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. There should be no unpleasant smell. The protein of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny, convex. Add salt and pepper to the scrambled eggs to taste. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. In this case, the yolk should remain semi-liquid.
Step 5:
Transfer the finished eggs and bacon to plates. Decorate the top with leaves of fresh curly parsley or dill sprigs. Serve warm with pickled or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
You can use ready-made spice mixes. In this case, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
