Step 1:

Wash the parsley and chop it with a knife.

Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it well over medium heat.

We put the peeled shrimp in the pan.

Add garlic passed through the press. It can also be pre-grated on a fine grater or crushed with a knife to obtain larger pieces.

Add salt to taste.

Add half a teaspoon of ground chili pepper to the shrimp. The previous time I cooked this dish, I added capsicum. You can also add it instead of ground pepper. Just to begin with, it needs to be prepared: wash, cut off the top, remove the seeds and chop very finely. Put it to taste.

Now that the shrimps are salted and seasoned, mix them with spices and fry on medium heat for 3 minutes, no more. This time will be enough for them to turn slightly pink and get fully prepared.
Step 11:
We transfer the finished shrimp from the frying pan to a deep bowl. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, squeezing one lemon.
Step 12:
Pour in the pre-prepared chopped parsley and mix everything well. We leave the dish for a while so that it is soaked and sated.
Step 13:
Serve the shrimp to the table, decorating the dish with parsley and lemon slices. It turns out beautifully, aesthetically pleasing and appetizing.

There is little to compare with the taste of this dish, especially when you want to taste the gifts of the sea and the ocean. Shrimp according to this recipe are spicy, with a pleasant lemon flavor. Always welcome guests at the festive table - they fly away with a whistle first, it has been checked more than once. I always prepare them for special occasions.
