Step 1:

Sift the flour, adding it to the pan with other products. Add flour not all, but in parts. It may take you more or less than me. Be guided by the consistency of the dough.
Step 7:
You should get a thick, but sticky dough.
Step 8:
Heat the cookie mold on gas and lubricate with vegetable oil. Arrange the dough into cells.
Step 9:
Close the lid of the mold and bake the cookies over moderate heat, periodically turning the mold so that the pastries are browned on both sides. Remove the finished cookies from the mold, serve them warm for tea. Bon appetit!
