Sour Milk Pancakes with Holes

If your milk has gone sour, don't rush to pour it out — turn it into pancakes. You can swap the sour milk for buttermilk, which is a little thicker and will give you fluffier, softer pancakes. These come out beautiful — golden and browned, with lots of tiny holes across the surface.
