Step 1:
So we take the meat, preferably with layers, I have a neck part. Onions, carrots and potatoes, tomato paste.
Step 2:
Cut the meat into pieces.
Step 3:
Peel and dice the onion. Cut the carrots into rings.
Step 4:
Turn on the Baking mode. Pour the oil. Put the meat and fry for 20 minutes.
Step 5:
Then add the onion and carrot and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes
Step 7:
Add tomato paste and spices to the fried meat. Mix everything together .
Step 8:
Add potatoes and pour water. I poured it so that it slightly covered the potatoes. Now turn on the Quenching mode and leave for 1 hour. You can also cook in Baking mode.
Step 9:
That's such a delicious potato with meat turned out for us.
