How to make soy cutlets? Soak the soy minced meat with hot water so that it completely covers it. Hold it for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion and saute it in oil over low heat. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, mix with fried onions, eggs, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt and spices. Add flour, mix again. Form minced soy patties, roll each in flour, and fry in oil in a preheated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .

Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .

When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a rather salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk over-salting.
