Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pink salmon in batter in a frying pan? Prepare the products. The main thing in this dish is high-quality fish, preferably chilled - it contains much more useful substances. Eggs will need large, preferably homemade. I took wheat flour, but you can use any other flour (rice, buckwheat), - thereby getting a new taste every time. Vegetable oil can be any, but it must be refined so that it does not burn in a frying pan
Step 2:
Mix flour with salt. I also recommend sifting flour - in this case, the batter will turn out to be more airy
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork.
Step 4:
Now about the fish. You can take any part of pink salmon: steak or fillet. If you have a whole fish, be sure to gut it, remove the gills and cut the fillets along the ridge. In this case, leave the spine and head for the preparation of the first dish - they will definitely be useful to you. I had a ready-made salmon fillet and I just cut it into small pieces. But be sure to pre-wash the fish and dry it with paper napkins.
Step 5:
Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture.
Step 6:
Then roll well in the flour mixture. For a thicker batter, you can repeat the procedure: dip the fish in the egg again and roll it in the flour mixture again.
Step 7:
In a frying pan with a thick bottom and preferably with a non-stick coating, heat the vegetable oil. Lay out the panicked pieces of pink salmon. Fry first on one side until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 8:
Then carefully turn the fish over and bring it to full readiness on the other side. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 9:
Serve the fish with fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs or with salads of fresh vegetables. The fish turns out to be very beautiful and crispy. Enjoy your meal!
I want to note that in this way you can cook not only pink salmon, but also any other fish. The main thing is to choose boneless types of fish.
Bon appetit!
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
How do I know if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. First of all, there should be no unpleasant smell. The protein of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny, convex, homogeneous.
