Juicy schnitzels with a crispy crust — quick and delicious. These come together in no time. I'll admit I'm not usually a turkey fan — I'd normally reach for chicken — but these schnitzels are absolutely irresistible.

Cooking method

Gather your ingredients. Cut the turkey fillet into even slices about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick and pound each one lightly on both sides.

Crack the egg into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt.
