Pancakes with cottage cheese on kefir

Hearty flavorful breakfast - fast, cheap and delicious. You don't have to add orange zest, but I really like its taste in cheesecakes and pancakes, so I added it. You can serve it with sour cream, honey, jam or different sauces.
