Quick, tasty oatmeal griddle cakes — a great stand-in for bread! These oat griddle cakes save the day when I unexpectedly run out of bread. They cook up fast, and I always have the ingredients on hand. They're perfect for breakfast or served alongside a bowl of soup. Just delicious!
