Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut at random.
2. My hot red pepper, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces.
3. Using a blender, chop onion, garlic and hot pepper, add ground black pepper and salt to the resulting mass, squeeze lemon juice.
4. Chicken breasts are washed, dried with a paper towel, put in a container with prepared marinade, sent to the refrigerator for half an hour.
5. Grill fillets on both sides until golden brown.
We serve it on the table with fresh vegetables and herbs.
