Cooking method
1. Put the minced chicken in a bowl.
2. Peel the onion and garlic, three onions on a fine grater immediately on a plate, so as not to lose the juice, it will be needed in the recipe, garlic is passed through the press.
3. Spread the onion-garlic gruel into the minced meat, break the egg, pour cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
4. We mix flour into the resulting mass (no need to achieve a thick consistency, it should be like pancakes).
5. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, spread the minced meat with a tablespoon, fry the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, until a beautiful blush.
6. When all the pancakes are already fried, return them back to the pan, pour water so that it does not completely cover the contents but half, close the pan with a lid and simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes.
You can serve pancakes with fresh vegetables, porridge or potatoes. Bon appetit!
