You can take any cheese, but only a hard variety. Grate it on a grater. Greens - dill, parsley, cilantro and onion are thoroughly washed with cold water. Then shake the bunches of washed greens over the sink to remove excess moisture. We put the greens on a cutting board and chop them very finely.
Put the pan on the fire. Pour a little vegetable oil there. We take the Armenian lavash, divide it in half, and then spread the greens on each part of the lavash. After that, sprinkle the greens with grated cheese. Wrap the pita bread with a roll, bending the edges. We put it on a heated frying pan and fry it from all sides. Fry each side for about a minute. There should be six brtuchs.
We put the ready-made brtuchi on a dish and serve it on the table. It is best to eat this dish hot. Bon appetit!
