Stuffed Pasta Shells in a Skillet

- Rinse the chicken breast, remove it from the bone, and run it through a meat grinder. Mix with the ground pork, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Fill the pasta shells with this mixture.
- Peel the onion and carrot. Dice the onion and cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until softened.
- Pour hot water over the vegetables, add the sour cream and tomato sauce, and bring to a boil.
- Set the stuffed shells in the sauce, cover the skillet, and simmer until tender, about 15–20 minutes.
- Grate the hard cheese, scatter it over the finished shells, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
