Pancakes on sour milk are lush

Very tender and delicious pancakes for breakfast! I make such pancakes very much for breakfast on the weekend to please my loved ones.They turn out to be very tender and melting in the mouth.We usually eat them with sour cream or jam.

Sour milk should be warm for this it can be slightly warmed up.
I rub the egg with sugar.
Sift flour, add soda and salt on the tip of a teaspoon.
Now I combine all the ingredients, mix well and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
I heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well and spread the dough with a tablespoon.
Fry until golden brown on one side, and then on the other.
