Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make simple pancakes on one egg? Prepare everything you need for this. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. This is necessary in order to make the pancakes more tender.
Step 2:
To prepare pancake batter, take a convenient deep bowl so that splashes do not fly when using the mixer. Pour the milk into the bowl and add the egg. By the way, milk can be slightly diluted with water. Such pancakes will turn out to be more elastic.
Step 3:
Then pour in a little vegetable oil, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Add sugar to your taste. if you like sweet pancakes, then add a little more sugar.
Step 4:
Gradually add flour and knead the pancake batter.
Step 5:
The finished dough should be homogeneous, without lumps of flour. It will be quite liquid. Only from such a dough will thin pancakes be obtained. By the amount of flour, be guided by the desired consistency of the dough. The thicker the dough, the thicker the finished pancakes will be.
Step 6:
Grease the frying pan with a little oil and heat it to a hot state. Pour a little pancake batter and spread it over the entire surface, tilting the pan in different directions. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side, over low heat.
Step 7:
The finished pancakes will turn golden. Stack them on top of each other on a large, flat plate. You can keep them under the lid so that they do not dry out.
Step 8:
Ready-made pancakes can be supplemented with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or jam. Have a nice treat!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
