Step 1:
First prepare all the products according to the list. We will release the crab sticks from the packaging, remove the film from them. For the batter, we will need eggs, flour and hard cheese, breadcrumbs for breading, vegetable oil for frying.
Step 2:
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and flour.
Step 3:
Eggs with flour are kneaded well so that the flour is dispersed and there are no lumps left.
Step 4:
In the egg-flour mixture, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Knead the resulting thick batter of eggs, flour and cheese well.
Step 6:
Put the crab sticks in the cheese and egg batter and mix well.
Step 7:
Crab sticks in batter are abundantly breaded in breadcrumbs.
Step 8:
Put the pan-fried crab sticks in vegetable oil heated in a frying pan.
Step 9:
Fry the crab sticks over medium heat, turning them on different sides, until they are completely browned.
Step 10:
We serve crab sticks in batter with cheese hot as a hot snack, it is possible with mayonnaise or sour cream.
