Cooking method
To start, heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
Cleaning mushrooms. We use frozen white ones, but as an option you can also take champignons. In the second case, we take about 300 grams of fresh champignons.
Cut the mushrooms and send them to the frying pan. Fry until a little golden color appears. Salt and pepper.
Add spinach and chopped garlic. Then reduce the heat, stir and cook for about 2 more minutes (until the spinach goes limp)
Sprinkle the spinach with mushrooms with cheese and immediately serve to the table.
