Cooking method
1. Break the eggs into a small deep bowl, pour salt and sugar, stir the mass with a whisk.
2. Pour kefir into a bowl and add soda, allow the reaction time to pass (5 minutes).
3. Pour boiling water in a thin stream into the resulting mass, while stirring it continuously with a whisk.
4. Sift the flour, add vanilla sugar, knead a smooth liquid dough without lumps.
5. Pour vegetable oil into the dough, leave at room temperature, let it stand for a little (about 10-15 minutes is enough).
6. And now pour some of the dough into a pastry bag, installing a nozzle with a thin spout, and draw a pattern on a hot frying pan (this is very funny, do not be afraid, everything turns out great!).
7. Fry the masterpieces on both sides until a beautiful golden color.
Serve pancakes with sour cream, jam, honey, fruit - as you want!
