Cook this delicious. a beautiful and spectacular salad is not difficult and not long. It is ideal not only for dinner, but also for serving to guests.

Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet under running water and dry with paper towels. Cut off unnecessary fat from the meat, remove the bones, if any. Then cut the fillet into pieces of any shape as desired. Sprinkle the meat with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

In a bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Peel the garlic clove, grind it through a press or grate it on a fine grater and also add it to a bowl. Mix it up. It will be a marinade for chicken meat. Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl with marinade, covering them completely. Leave to marinate for about half an hour.

After the specified time, put the pieces of chicken fillet in a frying pan and fry them over medium heat until golden brown without adding oil or any other fat. The remains of olive oil contained in the marinade will be enough for frying.

Rinse and dry iceberg lettuce. Then tear it into pieces with your hands or cut it with a knife.

Wash fresh and ripe tomatoes with cold water and wipe with paper towels. then cut into pieces.

Wash, dry and finely chop the red onion.

Cut dried tomatoes into strips.

In a large bowl, mix lettuce leaves, red onion, fresh and dried tomatoes and fried chicken pieces. Sprinkle the salad with parmesan on top.

Next, prepare the salad dressing. In a separate container, mix extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar.

Peel garlic, rinse and grind together with parsley in a mortar. Add this mixture to the dressing and beat it well with a hand whisk or fork.

Season the salad with the prepared sauce and mix. Decorate the dish with fresh green basil leaves on top and you can start tasting!
