Cooking method
Onions are cleaned and cut into large pieces. Pork meat is thoroughly washed, after which we cut it into large pieces and scroll through a meat grinder together with previously chopped onions. To the resulting minced meat, add spices and seasonings intended for meat to your taste, as well as salt and a little ground pepper. Then pour in a little carbonated water (it gives splendor to the cutlets) and mix all the ingredients well so that all the spices are evenly distributed throughout the minced meat. The container with minced meat is covered with a lid or food wrap and put in the refrigerator so that the minced meat absorbs all the fragrant spices. Ideally, it is best to leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for the whole night and only cook the cutlets the next day.
Now we proceed to the formation of the cutlets themselves. Let's make them round in shape. To do this, we put a sheet of parchment paper on the board, lubricate it well with oil and install a metal ring on it. In which we spread the fragrant minced pork, flatten it, pressing it with a round gooseberry (attached to the ring). Then carefully remove the ring and remove the gooseberry. Let's start forming the next cutlet… Cutlets should be no more than 2 centimeters thick. The formed cutlets are sent to the freezer for a while. So that they only "grab" (no need to freeze!!!). In principle, cutlets can be formed in any other shape and without the use of special tools, just so they turn out to be more accurate.
Now heat the electric grill by greasing it with a small amount of olive oil. As soon as the surface of the grill is sufficiently heated, we spread the cutlets on it and fry them until golden, ruddy, toasted crust and beautiful stripes. Fried cutlets are served immediately to the table hot, vegetables will be an excellent addition to them.
