Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

So, let's start cooking... The shrimp should be washed, lightly dried with paper towels. They need to have their heads removed. We also peel the garlic cloves from the husk, and then finely chop them with a knife. Garlic needs to be chopped, and not grated, and even more so not to pass it through the press, so that fragrant garlic pieces remain in the finished dish.

We rub the prepared shrimp with salt from all sides. If it seems that the specified amount of salt is not enough, add more to taste.

In a separate small bowl, mix corn flour and a little water. We set the mixture aside - it will be needed later.

Put the wok pan on medium heat, pour half of the vegetable oil into it. Heat the oil, and then put the chopped garlic in it. Fry it, stirring for 30 seconds - until the aroma appears and until the garlic pieces begin to brown slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and put the garlic in a bowl, and leave the oil - it will still be useful for further frying.

Pour the mixture of corn flour and water over the shrimp, mix so that the mixture is distributed more or less evenly over the seafood. Return the pan to the fire, increase the heat to strong, pour out the remaining oil, warm it. Put the shrimp in a frying pan in one layer and fry for 1 minute. Then turn the shrimp over and fry on the other side for another half a minute. Shrimp should lose transparency, which will indicate their readiness. At the end, we mix seafood well.

Next, return the garlic to the pan with shrimp, stir, heat for 30 seconds and remove from heat. A fragrant and delicious dish is ready and you can serve it on the table.

Bon appetit! Culinary success!
