Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add soda and mix. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then add flour, sugar, salt and knead the dough, let it melt for half an hour. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and knead them with a mortar, cut into small cubes. Fry the diced onion in oil. We mix it into mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and mix.
We divide the finished dough into 6 parts, each of them is rolled into a not very thin layer. We spread the filling according to the center. We collect the edges of the dough in the center above the filling, while leaving the hole in the center. Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay each white hole down. Fry until golden on both sides.
