Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make sweet pancakes from zucchini? Prepare the ingredients. Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.
Step 2:
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Squeeze the mass slightly, drain the liquid. I have a young zucchini, I did not cut the skin and did not remove the seeds.
Step 3:
Add egg, flour, sugar and salt. Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Step 4:
Mix the dough well until smooth. If desired, you can add a little more sugar. Focus on your taste. The amount of flour may also differ from what is stated in the recipe, see the consistency of the dough. It should become quite thick, like on ordinary pancakes.
Step 5:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Before each new portion, add a little oil — pancakes are tastier than fried ones. Transfer the finished pancakes to a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve hot with sour cream. Bon appetit!
Is it possible to replace baking powder with soda, how to add them correctly so that the baking is lush, how to avoid an unpleasant soda taste and much more, read the article "Baking powder or baking soda - which is better?"
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
