Step 1:
How to make pork belly in beer in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose pork belly with the largest amount of meat. You can even take it with ribs. Step 2:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Lay out the prepared brisket and fry it on all sides over high heat.
Step 3:

Step 4:
Mix beer with soy sauce and spices. Add a little paprika and a little sugar. Do not add salt to the beer - it will start to foam and pour out of the glass.
Step 5:
Pour the resulting brisket in a frying pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bring to a boil and simmer under a lid over low heat for 40-50 minutes. In the process of cooking, turn each piece 2-3 times.
Step 6:
This time will be enough for the brisket to have time to cook. The pieces will decrease slightly in size.
Step 7:
