Thin Custard Pancakes with Kefir

These thin pancakes are a wonderful match for a glass of milk or a cup of tea! Serve these custard kefir pancakes with sour cream, jam, or honey, or roll them around a sweet or savory filling. They're best cooked in a nonstick skillet, so you won't need to keep adding oil.

    1. Pour the kefir into a bowl, crack in the eggs, add the sugar, salt, and baking soda, and stir.
