Step 1:

Add the egg and mix well.
Step 5:
Add vinegar to soda and pour the foaming mixture into the dough, stir with a spoon.
Step 6:
Sift the flour through a sieve. Pour into the dough and mix until smooth.
Step 7:
It turns out a smooth and soft ball. It does not need to be cooled.
Step 8:
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. If it sticks to the board, then it needs to be sprinkled with flour.
Step 9:
Salt the minced meat and cover the layer with it.
Step 10:
Roll up a tight roll, lightly sprinkle with flour.
Step 11:
With a sharp knife, cut the roll into pieces 1-2 cm thick.
Step 12:
In sunflower oil, fry the shanks on both sides until golden brown.
Step 13:
