Step 1:
Cook a thick porridge with milk and semolina, add sugar to taste, for this dish you can use ready-made porridge left after breakfast or lunch.
Step 2:
With wet hands from the cooled porridge, form dumplings (balls) and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Remove the seeds from the cherries and use a blender to grind them into sauce.
Step 4:
Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 5:
