Whey Pancakes Mixed in a Plastic Bottle
Here's your express method for quick pancakes! My friend absolutely loves pancakes made this way — give them a try and you'll wow your guests at any breakfast or brunch. Making the batter in a bottle is even easier than the usual way. The whole trick is to combine the ingredients right in a plain plastic bottle, then just pour the batter straight into the pan and cook the pancakes as you normally would.
Just to be safe, I still give the batter a quick whirl in the mixer first, then pour it into the bottle.
