Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 4 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pork rolls on coals? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pork carbonate is best suited for this - it is well cut into portions. Butter should be soft, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut the meat into portions about 1.5-2 cm thick. Beat each piece well with a kitchen hammer.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

For the filling, take a convenient deep bowl and combine soft butter, chopped dill and crushed garlic cloves in it. Add salt to your taste. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Raw smoked bacon, too, cut into slices, 4-6 cm wide .

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Spread each chipped piece of meat with an oil filling. Quite a bit - a thin layer. This will be enough for juiciness and flavor.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Then put the bacon pieces on the butter filling, a little short of one edge. Roll the meat into a roll, starting from the part where the bacon starts.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

In this way, build all the meat rolls, put them in a container and put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that they infuse a little.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

For cooking, you can cut each roll into 2 parts and string it on a skewer, or you can, like me, put it on a grill and cook on hot coals, turning it over periodically so that they cook most evenly.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Butter will melt and flow out, but at the same time it will impregnate the rolls from the inside with its creamy taste. It is thanks to the butter that pork rolls will be juicy and soft. When oil leaks out, the fire will try to flare up more - do not let it do this! Otherwise, the rolls will burn!

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

The finished rolls turn out fragrant and insanely delicious! Help yourself to health!
