Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 25 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Take the chicken fillet, wash it, then dry it with paper towels. If you want to get a beautiful round cutlet, then take a round shape for cutting or, for example, a bowl of the required diameter, as well as a sharp knife and use them to make a chicken cutlet by placing a bowl / mold on the chicken fillet and holding a knife around the bowl. Or just cut off a thin piece of chicken, it will not affect the taste in any way.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Now prepare the batter for the chicken cutlet. Take two bowls. In one, put 1 tablespoon of special breading for the preparation of well-known sharp wings and gradually pour water into it, constantly kneading. You should get a homogeneous batter of the consistency of drinking yogurt. In another bowl, pour the resulting breadcrumbs mixture. Now heat the pan well by pouring oil into it.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Salt the cutlet, dip it in a bowl with batter, then carefully dip it in several layers in dry breading and immediately immerse it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the cutlet at an average temperature for about 8 minutes until tender and golden brown. Put the finished cutlet on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Next, prepare all the vegetables for the burger. Wash the frillis and cucumber, dry it. Slice the cucumber lengthwise (not too thick) to make oblong pieces. Peel the onion from the husk and cut it into thin feathers. Put the onion feathers in a small bowl or bowl, pour vinegar, water and add a pinch of sugar. Mix all the ingredients of the bowl and leave the onion to marinate for at least 7 minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Prepare the burger sauce. To do this, take a small bowl or bowl and put mayonnaise in it, add a little kefir. This is done to make the sauce more tender. Then peel the garlic clove and chop it with a garlic press. Mix all the ingredients.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Next, take a wheat bun with sesame seeds. Cut it lengthwise into two parts. Turn on the oven, setting the toast mode, put the halves of the buns on the grill and dry for 3 minutes, until light ruddy stripes form.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now go to the most important thing – assembling the burger. Put the sesame cap aside for now. Take the bottom of the bun, put a couple of leaves of frillis salad on it, brush the leaves with the previously prepared sauce. Put the pickled onion feathers on the sauce. Next, put the fried, crispy, juicy chicken cutlet. The next ones will be cucumbers, which are also smeared with mayonnaise-kefir sauce.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

At the end of the assembly, install the second part of the bun (with sesame seeds).

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Homemade burger with spicy crispy chicken with pork cutlet is ready! Bon appetit!

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

For cooking, it is better to use filtered or bottled water that is neutral to taste. If you use tap water, keep in mind that it can give the dish an unpleasant characteristic taste.
