Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry the meat and prepare the marinade.

Put the meat in the marinade, rub it well with marinade from all sides, cover with cling film and send it to marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Place the pickled meat in a baking dish, pour all the remaining marinade on top and cover with foil.
Step 4:
Send the mold to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour. After an hour, remove the foil, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes until browning. The finished meat is cooled in the form, cut into portions and served to the table.
