Step 1:
Everything is very simple and fast. I chop the greens. I have green onions, cilantro, dill, all in equal proportions. Only 10 g . But here everything is optional and available. Tru cheese on a coarse grater. It took me 2 tablespoons of flour without a slide. But it is better to focus on your cottage cheese. You may need less or more. I mix everything. I mix it well.

The surface on which I will form the cheesecakes I will dust with flour. I divide the mass into 7 equal parts. Each piece is 50 grams. Rounding it up. I also dust flour on top.
Step 4:
Forming cheesecakes with a knife. I really liked this idea. I saw it on the Internet somewhere. I twist the cheesecake from all sides about the knife. I don't even know how to explain it yet. Perhaps everyone already knows this method, except me :)

Fry in a frying pan, in vegetable oil, over medium heat, on each side for 4-5 minutes. But it is better to focus on a golden, ruddy crust.

They don't flow, they don't float. Very stable. And what is the smell in the kitchen...

Best served with fresh sour cream.
