So, shark steaks, and we will need two in total, we rinse thoroughly under running water, and then dry off excess moisture with a paper towel. We transfer the steaks to a suitable container and prepare the marinade. Thanks to the marinade, the fish will turn out especially tasty, tender and fragrant, and you will need only a few ingredients for it.Necessarily - acid (lemon juice will play its role), spices and a small amount of high-quality olive oil.
Pickle... To do this, fill the shark steaks with olive oil, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon (it is important that the juice is freshly squeezed), sprinkle the fish with salt and freshly ground black pepper. It may not be freshly ground, but it will be a little less fragrant in this case. Peel the garlic clove from the husk, and then pass it through the press. Now we mix everything right with our hands, cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. If the time is close, then you can reduce the marinating time, but still it is worth marinating steaks for at least half an hour.
Closer to the end of two hours, peel the onion from the husk, and then cut it into small cubes. Pour the oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and select the "Frying" mode, heat the oil, then put the onion in the bowl. Fry it until lightly golden, then spread it on a plate and pour it with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
In the same mode, fry the steaks for 3 minutes, turn them over and fry them for 2-3 minutes on the other side. Spread the onion to the steaks, pour all the cream, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Be sure to taste and adjust if necessary! We also pour coriander and close the lid of the slow cooker.
Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode, the time is 3 minutes. When the program is finished, the finished dish can be served to the table. Steaks can be supplemented with potatoes or other side dish of your choice. It will be nice to decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
