Cooking method
Marbled beef is one of the most delicious dishes in the world. And the most common dish from this meat delicacy is grilled steaks. It can be bought in the meat departments of a supermarket or specialized online stores.
First of all, it is necessary to prepare the meat for frying. If the steaks are bought in advance, then in this case they must be removed from the refrigerator in advance about an hour or even two before cooking. In order for the dish to turn out juicy and tasty, the meat should be at room temperature.
Closer to the cooking time, it is necessary to start the grill so that it warms up well and evenly. The temperature of the grill should be about 120 degrees Celsius.
Rinse the steak at room temperature well under running cold water and dry with paper towels. Then sprinkle with salt and, as it were, imprint it into the surface of a piece of meat. Then season the steak with dry seasonings to your liking, also pressing the spices directly to the beef with your hands. The ratio of salt and spices depends on the specific seasoning chosen, since the finished spice mixture itself can contain a sufficient amount of salt.
Put the seasoned steak on a preheated grill and fry on one side until its internal temperature reaches 52 degrees Celsius. In this case, the meat will correspond to the level of medium roast. The internal temperature can be measured using a cooking thermometer.
After that, remove the steaks from the heat to a separate plate and grease them with half a portion of butter. Then set the grill to maximum power and reheat it for 10 minutes. Return the steaks to the grill again and fry them on the other side for a couple of minutes or a little more, depending on individual taste preferences.
Ready-made steaks of marbled beef, grease with the remaining butter and serve immediately to the table.
Bon appetit!
