We break the chocolate with a separate bowl. Take the remaining cream and heat them on the stove or in the microwave until boiling. Pour them over the crumbled chocolate for a minute, then mix until it dissolves.
Add the chocolate mass to the cream cheese mass, beat with a mixer.
