Cooking method
It is advisable to take a herring fillet of a suitable size so that you do not have to waste time preparing it. You should have such long herring strips.
Wash the bell pepper and cut into pieces. You can stuff olives with smaller ones. String alternately green olives, bell peppers, olives on skewers. Add anchovies to any place you wish.
Wrap an olive with a herring plate and thread it on a skewer. "Fix" with another olive or olive.
