Step 1:
In a bowl, beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer, beat until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2:
Add sour cream of any fat content, I added sour cream with 21% fat content, and whisk again.
Step 3:
Add a pinch of salt to the dough, a teaspoon of baking powder for the dough and flour (without two tablespoons). Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
Step 4:
Divide the dough into two equal parts, pour half of the dough into another bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa to one part, 2 tablespoons of flour to the other.
Step 5:
Mix each part of the dough with a spoon until smooth.
Step 6:
Grease the baking dish with butter. Add one spoonful of dough to the center of the mold. First brown, then white.
Step 7:
And so one spoonful after another until the dough is finished.
Step 8:
Send the form with the contents to the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
