Grate potatoes on a fine grater. Transfer to a sieve, add salt and squeeze, let stand for 5 minutes. The juice that is drained, and the starch formed to leave. Transfer the pressed potatoes to it very well. Pour lemon. Add an egg. Spices. mix it up.
Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, but not ground in a meat grinder. And some green onions. spices and salt to taste.
We put potatoes on the hand, minced meat on top, cover with potatoes, pinch well. We spread it on paper towels and on top we will soak it with more paper napkins. The less moisture the better.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side, covered with a lid, over low heat. Then open the lid, add fire and fry until browned. Serve with sour cream.
