Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Choose a pork belly with a layer for our dish, wash and remove the skin from it. Cut and divide the layer into two parts, then pierce it with a knife.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the pork layer liberally with spices for Kamis meat, add salt to taste and rub in from all sides.
Step 3:
To absorb the marinade, we postpone the layer for 40 minutes and begin to prepare the filling.
Step 4:
Sauerkraut will be a fairly light and refined side dish to pork belly. Heat up the frying pan, add vegetable oil to it and spread the cabbage. Cook the cabbage for 20 minutes on medium heat, adding Kamis seasoning to it, mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
On one side of our layer we spread the cooled cabbage filling.
Step 6:
Close the other side of the interlayer and fix it well with toothpicks from all sides.
Step 7:
We choose apples of dense winter varieties, to complement the side dish, according to the portions.
Step 8:
We spread our roll on a baking sheet, form it and send it to a preheated 250 degree oven for 20 minutes. We take the roll out of the oven, report apples to it in the baking tray, lower the oven degree to 200 degrees and cook our dish for another 35 minutes.
Step 9:
It turned out to be a juicy and very appetizing dish! Cooking delicious, cooking together pork belly with sauerkraut and apples!
